About the Role
Beach Front Property Management is seeking a hands-on District Property Manager to oversee a small portfolio of apartment communities across Whittier, Los Angeles, Huntington Park, Bell Gardens, and Newport Beach.
This position includes an onsite living requirement at one of the Whittier properties, along with weekly travel between assigned communities during the workday. The portfolio currently consists of approximately 115 total units across 8 residential properties.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, resident interaction, property operations, and working independently while still having support from leadership.
