Community Manager

Luxury multifamily in South Florida runs on first impressions. In markets like West Palm Beach, where Class A communities compete hard on resident experience as much as amenities and finishes, the front desk is genuinely a differentiator. Bozzuto has built its management reputation around exactly that idea, and this daytime concierge role sits at the center of it.

What This Role Actually Looks Like

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7am to 3pm. You're the first face residents and prospects see, and you carry that responsibility across the full shift. This means handling the practical side of front desk operations, including package room organization, club room reservations, freight elevator scheduling, and maintaining accurate logs, while also managing the relational side: learning names, anticipating needs, and making every interaction feel considered rather than transactional.

Event planning is part of the job. You'll organize and execute resident programming designed to build genuine community, which in a high-end multifamily setting requires real creativity and attention to what residents actually want, not just generic happy hours. You'll also support the property's social media presence and encourage satisfied residents to share their experiences publicly, which directly feeds leasing traffic and reputation.

When the holiday package volume hits, there's physical work involved too. Bozzuto specifies the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, and if you've worked a luxury building during peak delivery season, you know that's a real part of the role.

What Bozzuto Is Looking For

  • At least two years in hospitality, hotel, retail, or travel environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort with software, apps, and property management tools
  • A professional appearance and detail-oriented mindset
  • Genuine instinct for anticipating what a customer needs before they ask

The salary range is $45,760 to $49,920, with additional bonus eligibility. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, 20 days of paid time off plus holidays, a 401k with company match, and tuition reimbursement.

One thing worth knowing: the strongest concierges in luxury multifamily are the ones who treat resident relationships as a long-term investment. Knowing a resident's dog by name, remembering a preference, flagging a concern before it becomes a complaint. Those small things compound into retention, and retention is one of the metrics Bozzuto tracks closely. If you've built that kind of rapport in a hotel or hospitality setting, those skills transfer directly here.
