On the operational side, this position supports the Community Manager across daily site functions: inspections of vacant units and make-ready apartments, move-in and move-out walkthroughs, curb appeal monitoring, vendor coordination, and compliance with Fair Housing and OSHA requirements. You're keeping the physical asset aligned with brand standards while simultaneously managing an active leasing pipeline. That's a real dual-track workload, and strong candidates treat both tracks with equal discipline.

Resident experience rounds out the skill set. Planning and executing community events, managing social media presence, handling resident concerns with professionalism and urgency. These aren't soft extras. At Class A communities, resident retention directly affects NOI. A resident who renews is cheaper than a turn.

Qualifications

  • 2 or more years of documented sales success in a high-velocity, short-cycle environment (multifamily, luxury hospitality, premium automotive, timeshare, or similar)
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed leasing goals, conversion targets, and KPIs
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline with disciplined follow-up and accurate CRM records
  • Proficiency in property management software, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including social media marketing
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to handle resident concerns with empathy and urgency under pressure
