Community Manager- Westview Heights Apartments

The Community Manager here owns the full picture: hiring and developing the on-site team, keeping occupancy healthy, managing the budget, and handling the day-to-day operational reality of a residential community. What MG Properties Is Looking For

• Recent, hands-on experience managing an apartment community (not just assistant-level work)
• Supervisory experience with a track record of building and retaining a team
• Demonstrated budget and operations skills: marketing, sales, financial oversight
• Yardi experience, preferred but not listed as a hard requirement
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance

Compensation includes base pay plus monthly and performance-based bonuses, profit sharing, a 401(k) with employer match, and a full benefits package covering medical, dental, and vision. PTO, paid holidays, personal days, and paid sick time are included. Rental discounts are also available as part of the package.
