Community Manager

Redstone Residential runs more than 38,000 beds across 20 states, making it one of the larger third-party student housing operators in the country. This Community Manager role sits at their Logan, Utah property. It's the top site-level position, which means full ownership: financials, leasing, staff, and resident experience all land on your desk.

Day-to-day, you're tracking KPIs, managing the property to an approved operating budget, and keeping delinquency in check. You'll drive occupancy through leasing and renewal strategies, coordinate marketing, and submit weekly and monthly performance reports to the regional team. When a construction or capital project comes up, you're managing that too. The role requires someone who can shift between P&L review in the morning and a resident issue in the afternoon without losing momentum.

Student housing runs on an annual lease cycle tied to the academic calendar, which creates predictable high-pressure windows around lease-up season. Strong candidates know how to build renewal momentum early rather than scrambling in the spring. If you've managed a property through a full lease-up cycle and come out with occupancy intact, that experience matters here more than almost anything else on your resume.

Redstone uses Entrata, so familiarity helps, though they'll train the right person. Comfort with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office is expected.

This is a part-time, hourly position at $22.00 per hour with the opportunity to earn performance bonuses. It reports to a Regional Manager.
