Community Assistant Manager - Redfield Ridge

Leasing responsibilities include responding to inquiries, conducting tours, and keeping all lease documents current and Fair Housing compliant. You'll also help track comp properties and market conditions, which feeds into pricing and marketing recommendations. Move-in and move-out administration rounds out the operational scope, including apartment inspections and security deposit dispositions handled within state-mandated timelines.
