Community Assistant Manager - Peoria Grand

Peoria Grand is a CloudTen Residential community in Peoria, AZ, and this Assistant Community Manager role sits right at the center of how the property runs day to day. The work itself spans a lot of ground. You'll handle the financial side of community operations: collecting and posting rent, preparing bank deposits, reconciling accounts, processing invoices, and pulling together weekly and monthly reports. You'll also be the person who follows up on delinquent accounts, serves notices when needed, and coordinates with the Community Manager on eviction proceedings when it comes to that. On the leasing side, you'll respond to prospective resident inquiries, tour the property, maintain accurate lease documentation, and keep an eye on what competing communities are doing with pricing and marketing.

When the Community Manager is out, you're running the show. That's worth sitting with. This isn't a purely administrative support position. CloudTen is transparent that it's designed as a training ground for future Community Managers, so the expectation is that you're absorbing operations, financials, and team leadership in parallel with doing them.

The human dynamics piece is real here. You'll be the point of contact for resident concerns and service requests, coordinating with maintenance to make sure work orders get closed within 24 to 48 hours and communicating with residents when they don't. You'll also assist with move-in and move-out administration, including unit inspections and security deposit dispositions. That means being organized and consistent under pressure, especially around turns when the pace picks up and details matter most.

What you'll bring
