Cleaner - Part-Time

Redstone Residential operates more than 38,000 beds across 20 states, with a heavy focus on student housing and a growing conventional multifamily portfolio. This part-time Cleaner role is based at one of their Provo communities and keeps the property looking sharp day in and day out.

What You'll Actually Do

The bulk of this job is straightforward: keep common areas clean and presentable. That means hallways, the clubhouse, leasing office, model unit, and parking areas on a consistent schedule. Outdoor work includes picking up trash and debris, clearing animal waste, and keeping the grounds and landscaping maintained. In winter, that extends to snow and ice removal in walkways and common spaces.

You'll also run scheduled cleaning checks inside resident apartments to confirm units meet the property's cleanliness standards. That's a meaningful part of the role, and it requires a professional, respectful approach when entering occupied homes. On top of that, you'll handle minor repairs and light general maintenance tasks as needed.

Shifts run four to six hours, and you'll be on your feet the entire time. You need to be able to lift 50-plus pounds.
