What the Work Looks Like

This is a hands-on, on-your-feet position. Most of the shift involves keeping common areas clean and presentable: hallways, the clubhouse, the leasing office, model units, and outdoor grounds. You'll conduct scheduled cleaning checks inside resident apartments to confirm units meet the property's cleanliness standards, a task that requires both consistency and a professional manner with residents. Snow and ice clearing, trash and debris removal, landscaping upkeep, and basic maintenance assists round out the day-to-day. You'll be expected to manage your task list with minimal supervision.
