Assistant Property Manager

Bozzuto is hiring an Assistant Property Manager for their community in Hopkinton, MA. The salary range is $60,000 to $65,000, with bonus eligibility on top of base pay.

What the Job Actually Involves

This position splits its time across leasing, financial oversight, and team leadership. On any given week, you're conducting tours and working to convert traffic into signed leases, tracking delinquency and following up on collections, and coaching the people around you. When the Property Manager is out, you run the property. That's not a footnote. It means you need to be ready to make calls, handle escalations, and keep operations moving without waiting for direction.

Weekend availability is required, roughly one to two weekends per month, with corresponding weekday time off. That's the nature of leasing: prospects look for apartments when they're not at work.

You'll also manage the community's social media presence on platforms like Facebook and Instagram, creating content that reflects the brand. Interior and exterior presentation matters here. Bozzuto holds their communities to a high visual standard, and part of your job is making sure that standard holds.

What You Need to Bring

• A four-year degree or equivalent hands-on experience in property management, hospitality, or retail
• At least two years in one of those industries
• Comfort working with P&L, budgets, and revenue data
• Experience with Yardi or comparable property management software
• Strong written and verbal communication
• A real sales instinct, not just the ability to talk through a floor plan
