The Role at Avion

You'll handle rent collection and daily deposits, maintain accurate resident files, process move-out account statements, and step in for the Property Manager when needed. The financial side of the job is real: receipts deposited before bank close each day, collections monitored consistently, and any liability or legal issues escalated immediately to the appropriate parties.

The role also keeps you close to the leasing floor. You'll help show apartments, support resident retention efforts, and participate in community events. Before move-ins, you'll walk make-ready units to confirm they're turn-complete and ready for a new resident. You'll also stay current on the Bozeman submarket: new construction, hiring trends, nearby retail activity, anything that could affect occupancy or income at the property.

What You Bring

• Onsite experience as an Assistant Manager or a cross-trained Leasing Consultant
• Comfort with financial record-keeping, rent collection processes, and daily deposits
• Experience with RealPage, Knock, or Onesite (strongly preferred)
• Availability Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with flexibility for resident events and the first weekend of each month
• Detail orientation and a systematic approach to managing both people and paperwork

Pay runs $23 to $25 per hour depending on experience, plus monthly renewal bonuses and quarterly incentives.
