You'll carry out resident service requests, complete turns to get units ready for incoming residents, and handle routine upkeep across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and carpentry. The expectation is that you're already proficient in at least two of those trades and can move through work orders independently with general direction rather than constant supervision.

AIR uses technology to manage task flow and prioritization, which means you'll work with digital tools to track and close out work orders rather than relying on paper logs or verbal handoffs. The role pays $23.00 to $26.00 per hour depending on your experience and trade skill level, and there's a quarterly customer service bonus structure that can add up to $250 per month for technicians who consistently earn strong resident satisfaction scores. What you'll need coming in

• At least two years of maintenance experience in a facilities or building environment
