As a Senior Global Real Estate Manager here at Honeywell, you will be striving to drive change across a diverse real estate portfolio through proactive portfolio management. The real estate organization consists of an extremely strong team with a mandate from the Corporation; a solid foundation in place that includes industry-leading processes and tools; and an incomparable real estate analytics platform. 

You will report directly to our leadership team and you’ll work out of our Clearwater, FL location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the overall effectiveness and efficiency of our real estate strategies, ensuring that we meet our corporate objectives while fostering a culture of inclusivity and high performance.



Responsibilities
  • Lead corporate real estate processes and develop comprehensive real estate strategies.
  • Define and optimize space requirements to enhance workplace efficiency.
  • Oversee site selection, negotiation, and tenant improvements while managing a team of world-class real estate professionals.

  • Oversee a team of worldclass RE professionals
  • Manage flawless execution of RE strategy
  • Manage third-party suppliers to ensure delivery
  • Interface with Government and regulatory entities
  • Communicate with all levels of business leaders


Qualifications
  • 6+ years of corporate real estate experience, including strategy development.
  • Proven ability to lead highly complex projects across regions.
  • Strong analytical skills and a proven track record of successful leadership of teams.
  • Experience with real estate portfolio management and tenant negotiations.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and government relations in real estate.

Must have or be eligible for a security clearance due to contractual requirements

The annual base salary range for this position is $168,000 – $198,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
