Part-Time Concierge (4pm-12am)

What the Work Actually Looks Like

The evening hours bring a predictable rhythm: peak traffic from roughly 5pm to 8pm as residents come home, followed by quieter hours that still require active attention. You'll greet residents and guests, screen building access, and manage the front desk so it stays organized and professional. Amenity space reservations, loading dock coordination, and elevator bookings all come through the concierge desk, so you'll need to stay on top of scheduling conflicts before they become complaints. You'll also do building walks during slower periods, noting any maintenance issues and tidying common areas as needed.

Phone management matters more on this shift than people expect. After-hours calls often come from residents who couldn't reach management during the day, so knowing who to escalate to and how quickly to do it is part of the job. You won't be solving maintenance emergencies yourself, but you'll be the one fielding them first.

What Comstock Is Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required
• At least one year of concierge or high-end customer service experience preferred
• Comfort with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Availability to work weekends and holidays, with flexibility to pick up additional shifts

• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision during late hours
