Multisite Maintenance Supervisor

BAM Companies has been managing multifamily communities since 2010, and this Multisite Maintenance Supervisor role sits at the center of how those properties actually perform. You're not tied to a single building. You move across the portfolio, leading a maintenance crew and keeping HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general systems running the way residents expect them to.

You might be coordinating a preventative maintenance schedule at one property in the morning, running a punch list inspection at another in the afternoon, and coaching a technician through a repair before the day ends. The role rewards people who can prioritize on the fly and still hold their team to consistent standards across every site.

Team development is a real part of this position. You're expected to train, coach, and give ongoing feedback to the people working under you. That means your communication skills matter as much as your mechanical ones. A supervisor who can explain the right way to do something, and then follow up to make sure it sticks, is going to get more out of a crew than one who just fixes things themselves.

BAM also expects you to manage costs. That includes purchasing supplies, tracking spend, and making sure maintenance operations stay efficient. If you've worked in property maintenance but always handed budget questions up the chain, this role will push you to own that side of things directly.

What the role requires

• 2 to 3 years of property maintenance experience, with supervisory experience preferred
• EPA Type 2 or Universal Certification for refrigerants
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel between sites
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
