This is a full-service maintenance role at a luxury apartment community in Daytona Beach. You'll handle the day-to-day work orders, make-ready turns, preventive maintenance on HVAC units, plumbing repairs, carpentry, and grounds upkeep. Priority work orders get resolved within 24 hours. That's the standard.
Make-readies are a core part of the job. You'll walk units, coordinate with contractors, and confirm everything is genuinely move-in ready before a new resident takes possession. "Close enough" doesn't cut it at a high-end community.
Beyond unit work, you'll maintain the pool (chemical readings included), manage the trash compactor, and keep all gate and security equipment operational. You'll also operate within OSHA standards and stay current on safety practices. On-call rotation is part of the schedule, so you need to be available when it counts.
