What the Job Looks Like Day to Day

You're the first person a prospective resident meets. That first impression drives traffic conversion, and conversion drives occupancy. Most of your time splits between touring apartments, qualifying applicants, and preparing leases. You'll coordinate with maintenance to make sure move-ins go smoothly, which means staying on top of make-ready timelines and following up before a new resident walks through the door.

The administrative side is real. Rental files need to stay current. Data entry into the property management system needs to be accurate. Monthly paperwork doesn't manage itself. Expect to handle resident complaints and rent collection conversations too, not just the fun parts of leasing.

What You Bring

• At least one year of property management or leasing experience (preferred)
• Strong sales instincts and genuine customer service ability
