Bozzuto manages properties with a distinct emphasis on resident experience, and that standard runs all the way through the leasing process. You're the first real impression of the community for most prospects, and the expectation is that every interaction reflects that.

What the Work Actually Looks Like

Your days will move between follow-up outreach, community tours, and social media content. Converting leads into tours means staying on top of your pipeline, responding promptly, and knowing how to share information about both the apartment and the surrounding Bayonne neighborhood in a way that feels helpful rather than scripted. Tours need to be personalized. Generic walkthroughs don't close leases; conversations about how a specific floor plan fits a prospect's actual life do.

The social media piece is real work here, not an afterthought. You'll be expected to create and post content on platforms like Instagram and Facebook that builds genuine interest in the community. If you've only managed a personal account, that's worth thinking through. This role calls for a consistent, on-brand presence.
