Bozzuto is hiring a Community Care Associate (Porter/Groundskeeper) at their Aberdeen, MD community, and they're offering a $1,500 sign-on bonus for the right person. This is a full-time, physical, get-your-hands-dirty position that keeps a multifamily community looking sharp and functioning properly day to day.

Daily responsibilities include trash pickup and cleaning trash areas, weed pulling, raking, and watering grounds, plus sweeping halls and curbs at least once a week. You'll check hall lights weekly, hose out hallways monthly, and power wash stairwells twice a year. The pool needs vacuuming, handrails need weekly attention, and bandit sign removal is a daily task. Snow removal gets added to the list seasonally. You'll also clean the clubhouse and common areas, deliver resident communications by 3 p.m. when needed, and support the maintenance team with tasks including painting as requested.

Reliable personal transportation to get to the property is required. Prior cleaning experience in multifamily or commercial settings is preferred. The role involves lifting up to 50 pounds and regular pushing, pulling, and climbing.
