Full-Time Overnight Lead Cleaner (Thu-Mon, 11PM-6AM)

What the Work Actually Looks Like

The bulk of the shift involves systematic cleaning of lobbies, restrooms, sidewalks, and public-facing common areas across assigned sites. Pressure washing, window cleaning, and trash removal are recurring tasks, not occasional ones. You'll follow established checklists and cleaning schedules, maintain your janitorial closet in organized, hazard-free condition, and complete end-of-shift documentation so the next crew has a clean handoff. When events are scheduled at a property, setup and breakdown support falls to this team. You'll also monitor cleaning supply inventory, flag any equipment issues to management, and document safety hazards or maintenance concerns as you find them. The lead designation means you're expected to fill coverage gaps when coworkers are out and to handle cleanliness concerns promptly and professionally when they come up mid-shift.

What This Role Requires

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with no major violations
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds; extended periods of standing, walking, and physical activity are routine
• Comfort working in variable conditions: outdoor temperatures, chemical exposure, and noise
• Availability for the full Thursday through Monday overnight schedule, including events and peak periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently through a shift with minimal supervision
