Community Property Manager | On-Site
Location: 619 E. Riverside Dr., Ontario, CA 91791
Pay Rate: $19.00–$21.00 per hour + discounted onsite housing
(1-bedroom / 1-bath apartment for $700/month – employee rate)
Schedule: Part-Time | 26–28 hours per week
About the Role
Beach Front Property Management is looking for a motivated and resident-focused Property Manager to support the daily operations of one of our residential communities in Ontario, CA.
In this role, you’ll help ensure the property runs smoothly, residents feel supported, and operational goals are consistently met. You’ll work closely with an experienced Regional Property Supervisor and serve as a key point of contact for residents, vendors, and internal partners. What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day property operations, balancing daily, weekly, and monthly priorities
- Support the Regional Property Supervisor in overall property performance
- Market the property, lease vacant units, and maintain strong occupancy
- Ensure Fair Housing compliance and adherence to all BFPM policies and housing regulations
- Process rent collection, invoices, and financial transactions using Yardi Voyager
- Monitor rent rolls and delinquency reports daily
- Prepare and serve required notices (including 3-day notices) and assist with legal processes when needed
- Respond to resident questions and concerns with professionalism and care
- Enforce lease agreements and community rules consistently
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure make-ready units are completed within 3–5 business days
- Coordinate and follow up on maintenance requests to ensure timelines are met
- Submit required reports (including monthly market surveys)
- Attend meetings, training sessions, and assist with emergency on-call coverage as needed
- Take on additional duties that support the success of the community
- Previous experience in property management (Assistant Manager or Manager level)
- Working knowledge of Fair Housing and landlord/tenant fundamentals
- Strong customer-service mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Clear written communication and professional judgment
- Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, Microsoft Teams)
- Yardi Voyager experience (preferred)
- Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred, but not required)
