This position covers the operational and financial core of the property. You'll handle rent collection and daily deposits, maintain resident files with accuracy and confidentiality, track delinquency, and step into the property manager role when the Business Manager is out. Alongside that, you're inspecting make-ready apartments before move-ins, reviewing final account statements at move-out, and staying close enough to the sub-market to flag anything that might affect occupancy or income.

You'll also carry a share of leasing responsibility. When traffic is heavy or the team needs coverage, you're showing units. You're participating in resident retention events and community programming. And when residents have complaints, you're the one addressing them directly, not routing them through a queue.

What the Schedule Looks Like

• Full-time, Monday through Friday, generally 9 AM to 6 PM
• Flexibility for resident events after hours

• Prior onsite experience as an Assistant Manager or a cross-trained Leasing Consultant is required
