• 5 or more years in the trades, facilities maintenance, or residential building maintenance
• HVAC, EPA, and/or NAPE certification
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• Familiarity with complex mechanical systems including split systems, boilers, and chillers
• Basic carpentry, drywall, and painting skills
• Understanding of OSHA, MSDS, and risk management practices
• Supervisory experience or a demonstrated ability to lead a small team
• Comfort with technology platforms, work order systems, and Microsoft Office basics
• Physical ability to lift 25 to 50 pounds frequently, climb ladders, and work in varying weather
