You'll own the turn process, making sure make-readies are completed thoroughly and on schedule so units get back online and leased. You'll run preventative maintenance programs that protect the building's long-term value, and you'll keep the grounds, common areas, and building systems operating cleanly and safely. Weekends are part of the schedule, and the on-call rotation is real.

What You Need to Bring

• At least 5 years of experience in the trades, facilities, or residential building maintenance
• HVAC, EPA, and/or NAPE certification
• Working knowledge of OSHA standards, risk management, and MSDS protocols
• Demonstrated proficiency across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• Basic carpentry, drywall, and painting skills
• Familiarity with complex mechanical systems (boilers, chillers, central plant) is a real plus
• Supervisory or leadership experience, even informal team lead experience counts
• Comfort with technology platforms and basic Microsoft Office proficiency
• Physical ability to lift 25 to 50 pounds frequently, climb ladders, and work in varying weather
