Real Estate Admin

What You'll Actually Do

This is a full-time, in-office administrative support role at Lincoln Property Company's Charlotte location. You'll keep the day-to-day operations of a real estate team running on schedule. That means owning calendars, coordinating meeting logistics, drafting and distributing correspondence, and keeping filing systems organized and current. Expense reports, purchase orders, and invoices flow through this desk, so accuracy matters as much as speed.

You'll also manage office supplies, support onboarding logistics when new team members join, and maintain data across company systems. The work is varied, often fast-moving, and requires someone who can prioritize without being asked twice. Lincoln operates across commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use assets nationwide, so the team you're supporting likely has a full plate and needs a reliable point of coordination behind the scenes.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent; at least two years of administrative or clerical experience
  • Commercial real estate background is a plus, though not required
  • Solid command of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook specifically
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail, especially when handling financial documents and data entry
  • Ability to manage competing priorities independently, without waiting for direction on routine tasks
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship

Context Worth Knowing

Lincoln Property Company manages over 720 million square feet of commercial space across the U.S. and Europe. At that scale, the administrative layer matters. Support staff who learn the business, understand the asset types, and build relationships across departments often move into coordinator and property management roles over time. This position is a real entry point into a national firm with a broad platform.

The role is 100% on-site during standard business hours. Remote or hybrid is not available for this position.
